Live from Xero · SQN Consulting Ltd · accrual basis, excluding GST. Branch columns reflect Xero tracking; the Total column is the organisation figure.

Live from Xero · every AUTHORISED (open) sales invoice, aged from its due date. Worst-overdue first. Amounts here include GST — unlike the rest of this page — because this is what's actually owed and collected.

Financials: Xero branch tracking (accrual, ex GST) · Budget: Xero Budget Manager (per-branch, this month, ex GST) · Turnaround: business days from Alpha Tracker milestones, with % hitting target · Days to Paid & Outstanding: matched Xero invoices · Hours: timesheet Sheet. Revenue/hour shown only above 40h of logged time (coverage is uneven).
Produce EOM report builds a PDF of this branch's month right now — comments included, submitted or not — and saves nothing; run it as often as you like. Submit month is a separate “I’m done” flag for the GM’s month-end pack, not a lock — Reopen month undoes it any time, and it doesn’t need the report produced first. Independent of each other, either order.
Sales & P&L: Xero branch tracking (accrual, ex GST) · Budget: Xero Budget Manager for this month, matched to each P&L line by account — a line with no budget line in Xero shows blank, never zero · Overhead: the Management and Business Development cost-centres, split across branches by billable FTE · % billable: site + reporting hours over PAID hours — the branch's staff FTE register times the month's standard (weekday) hours, not over hours logged, so a week of leave doesn't quietly inflate the percentage · Turnaround: business days from Alpha Tracker milestones · Clients: distinct Xero contacts invoiced in the month for this branch, ex GST · NPS: entered by hand until it moves to MailerLite · Lapsed clients: invoiced last month, not this one, same "client" as above · Staff KPI summary: a digest of the Staff KPIs tab for this branch, with vehicle and PPE inspections read from Checkpoint · Outstanding H&S issues: open Checkpoint issues for this branch · Next month's pipeline, non-conformance report and notes: typed in each month — nothing pulls these in automatically yet.

Anything marked unsafe, non-compliant or needing repair. Items taken out of service are pinned at the top. Resolving the last issue on an asset clears its flag but does NOT put it back in service — that stays a human decision, made in Equipment.
Registration, WOF and servicing, from the checks themselves.
Kit nobody owns, and kit that has never been checked. Both should trend to zero.
So you chase a person, not a matrix.

How much of a billable FTE each person is — a field surveyor is 1, a Regional Manager might be 0.3. This is what splits company overhead across the branches, so it applies to every branch, not just the one on screen.
